Clinical and Statistical Characteristics and Risk Factors in Children with Bronchial Asthma Having Comorbid Pathology

INTRODUCTION: The existence of combined pathology in children with such a common chronic disease as bronchial asthma requires special organizational approaches to providing them medical care, taking into account not only clinical, but also and social characteristics. AIM: To study hygienic risk factors comorbid pathology. MATERIALS AND METHODS: pathology, sociological survey their parents was conducted. involved the 368 diagnosed asthma. obtain clinical statistical characteristics children, primary documentation selected analyzed — histories outpatient cards. This is single-center, non-randomized uncontrolled study. RESULTS: It found that early age asthma, latter mostly takes partially controlled course. most diseases are respiratory organs (except for asthma), digestive organs, endocrine system, eating disorders, metabolic combination several allergic origin. Among socio-hygienic potentially affecting health were smoking family, low income, poor housing conditions. CONCLUSIONS: information obtained can serve basis development measures secondary prevention childhood.
